In March , a text by the director and editor-in-chief of Le Monde Diplomatique Brasil , Silvio Caccia Bava, raised a series of questions about the agenda imposed by the financial system and large corporations, bringing as its motto "the search for the occupation of the center of political debate with themes that do not question its hegemony and interests" [] . The text discusses the ban in society on democratic debate on various topics, such as whether or not to control economic policy; on minimum or social welfare state; high interest rates to benefit the financial sector or low interest rates to boost productive investment, industrialization, employment and the internal market; increasing the minimum wage to encourage the domestic market and improve the lives of workers or reducing the minimum wage and Social Security coverage to increase Brazilian competitiveness in relation to international competition, among other issues. Inspired by Noam Chomsky's "the market of ideas" , the author questions the imposition on society of world views that hide the interpretation of reality, with constant transformations and adaptation of forms of political control and, mainly, of the narratives that support it .
Regarding questions about Greece Phone Number whether there really is a "market of ideas" , it is interesting to highlight a text by Professor Ana Frazão, from UnB, with an analysis of the article Ideas have consequences: the impact of Law and Economics on American Justice , written by Elliot Ash, Daniel Chen and Suresh Naidu , in which the authors discuss the effects of the Law and Economics movement on the North American judiciary, focusing on the Manne Economics Institute for Federal Judges , an "intensive economics course, created by large companies and foundations, responsible for training of % of American federal judges between and , based on laissez-faire , defending the broad use of economic analysis of law" . According to Ana Frazão, when analyzing , decisions, "the authors identified that the Law and Economics movement has direct political consequences, with great power of influence over American courts, whose effects are the largest number of judicial decisions that can be considered conservative, aligned with the ideological stance of the movement" [] . Such reflections fit perfectly into the analysis of the contours that involved the approval of Law ,, of known as "Labor Reform" — discussions about its (non) application and the "Brazil Case" at the International Conferences of the International Organization of Labor – ILO.
With promises of "modernization" of labor relations, the Brazilian Labor Reform demonstrated the increase in labor irregularities and the precariousness of human work, in addition to greater vulnerability of workers, due to the deliberate attempt to mischaracterize the protective character of Labor Law, with affront to the Constitution and violation of international labor conventions. In published research, The Intercept Brasil maintains that of the amendments that were presented to the special commission for "Labor Reform" , (%) were entirely written by lobbyists from associations that bring together large campaign donors; and of these amendments, (%) were accepted by the rapporteur and integrated the text approved by the National Congress. Also according to the research, the amendments were filed by deputies who were members of the government base and who did not even make up the special commission, as if they had been prepared by their offices — but they were entirely written on the computers of representatives of employer confederations [] . As is known, the original text of the proposal forwarded by the government provided for the amendment of only seven articles of the CLT, but the law approved, as a matter of urgency, promoted the change and inclusion of provisions, representing over changes, in articles of legislation changed labor.
